For how long should I rent the packraft?
Book the packrafts for your expected race duration.
For a 48 hour race, book two days.
For an expedition race, book for your anticipated race time; 5 - 7 days.
What's included in my rental?
Your rental includes:
- The packraft
- Inflation bag
- Compression strap
- Skeg (for the Rere only)
- Repair kit
- Helmets
- PFDs
- Paddles
What is the cost?
Select your rafts and dates on the booking calendar and you will see the cost.
Do you courier packrafts to other locations?
Yes.
At checkout you can select the appropriate shipping option.
Can I collect my packraft in Christchurch and courier it back, or vice versa?
Yes.
Collection is in Avonhead, Christchurch.
If you need to courier it in one direction only, choose the relevant courier option for the two-way courier.
What is your cancellation refund policy?
We know that things happen, and that the weather in NZ can be changeable.
Read our Terms and Conditions for the detail, but this gist is:
- Cancellation more than 10 days before your booking -> full refund
- 7 – 10 days out -> 50% refund
- Less than 7 days out -> no refund
